To Whom It May Concern:
This is a plea from the thousands of US citizens to investigate the unnatural destruction occurring from weather and fire engineering. There is substantial evidence to warrant an open, public investigation and hearing to stop these growing catastrophes in our nation. It is an escalation that requires immediate action from your department.
The Maui Community Investigation is an organization of engineers, scientists and researchers and is the community repository of forensics from the August 2023 Lahaina fire. The catastrophe devastated Maui’s culture and economic center and left at least 104 dead.
Six former Fire Captains and Chiefs examined twenty anomalies, listed in attachment, and they all came to the same conclusion, “this is more than a natural fire”. There are many recent fires that share a similar pre-fire condition including heavy spraying of particulate matter. For Lahaina the five major government reports on the cause, spread and aftermath of the fire all share the same narrative. Anything that does not support this narrative is ignored or suppressed. The footprints of the methods used are extremely sophisticated with indication of microwave, plasma, and scalar technologies. Yet for Lahaina the cause is pointed to an electrical transmission line that does not account for anomalies. Your support is desperately needed. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
